What's a "workflow"?
A workflow is just the steps you follow to get something done. In Pay Now Openly, a workflow is the short path from "I need to get paid" to "the money's on its way." We built a few, each for a different moment:
Payment request
Send one person a link for a set amount. Best for jobs, services, and invoices.
Quick Bill
A big number pad for restaurants and counters. Built for speed with a line of customers.
Your payment page
One QR code at the counter or on a table. Customers scan, type an amount, and pay.

The payment request
You just finished a job. The customer's standing right there. Phone comes out of your pocket, and before they've found their keys, the request is on their phone.

- Amount — what they owe.
- Description — what it's for, like "House wash – 123 Oak St."
- Phone — optional. Add it if you want to text the link.
- Email — optional. Add it if you want to email the link.

Choose how to send it2 sec
- Text it — opens your phone's messages with the link already written.
- Email it — opens your email with the link and details filled in.
- Show QR — turns your screen into a big QR code. They point their camera at it, done.
- Copy link — paste it into an invoice, a chat app, or anywhere else.
About 10 seconds, start to finish.
No app for the customer to download. No account for them to make. They open the link, see the amount, pick Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle, and pay. You can mark it paid, and it moves out of your "Unpaid" list.
