Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Everything about how Pay Now Openly memberships are billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. During the trial you can build and publish your payment page and use every feature of your account type.
Membership pricing
After the trial, continued use requires a monthly membership, billed through Stripe:
- Business membership — $9/month. One membership covers all businesses under your account (up to three for most accounts).
- Personal / Freelancer membership — $4.97/month.
Memberships renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription. A complimentary (free) membership code may be granted at our discretion; comped accounts are not charged.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from your dashboard: open Membership, then use Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then, and there is nothing more to return or uninstall.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically. During the retry period your access continues for a grace window; if payment ultimately fails, your payment pages are paused until billing is updated. Your data is not deleted.
Refunds
Because every account begins with a free, no-card trial, charges are generally non-refundable. That said, we review refund requests case by case — if you were charged in error or something went wrong, email bill@earydigital.com within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
Customer payments are separate
These terms cover your Pay Now Openly membership only. Payments your customers send you through Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or any other provider are entirely between you, your customer, and that provider — including any provider fees, disputes, or refunds.
