Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

By creating an account or using Pay Now Openly, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Business accounts may manage multiple businesses under one login; personal accounts are for individual use.

Accounts begin with a 7-day free trial. Continued use after the trial requires an active membership, unless your account has been granted a complimentary membership.

Your content

You own the content you upload — your business name, logo, payment handles, and messages. You grant Pay Now Openly a limited license to display that content on your payment page and in the requests you send, solely to operate the service for you.

You represent that you have the right to use any logo, name, or review link you upload, and that the payment handles you enter belong to you or your business.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pay Now Openly to collect payments for unlawful goods or services, to misrepresent who a payment goes to, to harass or spam customers with requests, or to interfere with the service. We may pause or remove accounts that violate these rules or that a payment provider flags.

What Pay Now Openly is — and is not

Pay Now Openly is a menu and request tool: it presents the payment methods you accept and sends customers to the provider they choose. We are not a payment processor, bank, or money transmitter. We never hold, route, or settle funds. Each transaction is between you, your customer, and the payment provider, under that provider's terms and fees.

Marking a request as paid is your responsibility unless a supported verification integration is in place. Provider availability, funding sources, and eligibility (for example, Zelle depends on your bank) are outside our control.

Service limitations

The service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay Now Openly and EaryDigital are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or disputes between you and your customers or payment providers.

Ending your account

You may cancel your membership at any time (see Billing, Cancellation & Refunds). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When an account ends, its public payment pages go offline.
